How I work

01 · AI + systems

AI on a systems foundation

I build AI into products without losing the rigor underneath. Years of architecting and maintaining design systems mean new AI features inherit consistent tokens, components, and patterns, not bolted-on novelty. I keep a clear read on feasibility too, so what I propose is something a team can actually scope and ship.

02 · Decision-making

From ambiguity to shipped

I'm at my best when the brief arrives ambiguous. I break vague requirements into a clear, structured spec, then pressure-test it against user signals and testing rather than taste alone. The result is a direction the team can commit to.

03 · Stakeholders

Stakeholder management

I translate between business goals, design intent, and engineering reality, so the right tradeoffs get made in the open. I set expectations early, surface risks before they become surprises, and keep people aligned from kickoff to launch.

04 · Cross-functional

Cross-functional shipping

I've worked embedded across multiple teams, partnering closely with PMs and POs to take work from idea to release. Wherever I land, I try to raise the bar around me through design reviews, shared standards, and mentoring.

Auto Insurance at Verisk Germany

Led design on Verisk Germany's Motor Insurance MVP across B2B and B2C workflows, leveraging AI-accelerated prototyping to ship the full feature scope in under a month, making complex insurance workflows intuitive for first-time users without scope creep.

FluxOps

An AI risk layer for product teams. It catches missing primitives and architectural risk as the PM writes the intent, then structures the PM-to-engineering back-and-forth that resolves each one before the sprint. I designed the flow and the resolution model behind it.

Case Study

Aligna

Paste a Figma file link and a repo URL. AI cross-references design system components against the live DOM, surfaces inconsistencies, and proposes system-wide improvements. I owned the UX and the cross-referencing logic that drives it.
